Training Parkour

Just getting to practice parkour is awesome.  It is a great way to have fun and stay in shape.  I’m not much into freerunning or the tricking side of parkour.  I do enjoy the challenges that come with training and making progress which is often measured in inches over several months.  It is a great feeling when you finally stick something new that you have been working on, and begin to stick it frequently.  I love the challenges that go along with parkour in overcoming both physical and mental obstacles.  Finding new ideas and new ways, methods or techniques to train is part of that fun.
